Mr. Escamilla received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University, with minors in Sociology and Criminal Justice. He was awarded the prestigious TCU Community Scholars Scholarship, a full-ride academic scholarship.
He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, he participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he assisted indigent clients facing criminal charges.
Mr. Escamilla began gaining experience in personal injury law as an intern at a large Dallas personal injury firm while still in college. Since then, he has worked on cases from initial investigation through all stages of litigation. He is passionate about advocating for injured clients and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. Mr. Escamilla’s practice is dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others, with a focus on motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, and premises liability cases. He is honored to fight for his clients against insurance companies and corporations, ensuring they have a strong advocate in their corner from the very beginning of their case through trial if necessary.
Outside the office, Mr. Escamilla enjoys trying new foods, reading, watching anime, going to the movie theater, and being bossed around by his cat, Fiona.
